## How to order an Elite Contact Card

1. **Place Your Order** — Order your Elite Contact Card online. You're instantly added to the Elite Card Pro system.
2. **Claim Your Card** — Watch your inbox for an "[Action Required]" email — open it to claim your Elite Card and set up your account.
3. **Send Your Logo** — Reply to that email with your logo so we can start building your custom card design.
4. **Start Sharing Immediately** — As soon as your account setup is complete, your digital Elite Contact Card goes live — share it right away, even before your physical card arrives.
5. **Choose Your Design** — Within 2–3 business days of receiving your logo, we'll email you 5–6 mockup designs using our different styling options to choose from.
6. **We Print, Encode & Ship** — Once you pick your favorite design, we print, encode, and ship your physical Elite Card.
7. **Your Card Arrives** — Your premium NFC card arrives by mail within 2 weeks of your design selection.

**How much does the Elite Contact Card cost?**
Standard is $150/year and includes the NFC card, keyword search, unlimited shares, real-time profile updates, a new card every 6 months, and free replacements. Pro is $250/year and adds the Elite Connections Dashboard (CRM), a lead-capture contact form, text and email templates, and analytics.

**Can I update my information after I get the card?**
Yes, 24/7. Edit your contact info, photo, links, and keywords anytime, and every card you have ever shared updates instantly.

**What happens after I order?**
You get an "[Action Required]" email to claim your card and set up your account, then reply with your logo. Your digital card goes live as soon as setup is complete, and within 2–3 business days of receiving your logo we email you 5–6 design mockups to choose from.

**What card materials and finishes are available?**
Matte black or white PVC with reflective gold, silver, monochrome, or full-color logos, engraved walnut or maple wood, gold or silver metal, and custom photo designs. Every card has the same embedded NFC chip.
