## FAQ

**What is a Google review card?**
A Google review card is a small card or placard with an NFC chip and a QR code that sends customers straight to your Google review page when they tap or scan it. Elite Review Placards are custom-branded with your logo and include unlimited scans and free replacements.

**How do customers leave a review?**
They tap their phone on the placard or scan its QR code. Your Google review page opens right away, so they only need to choose a star rating, write a short comment, and post. Nothing to download and no searching for your business.

**Where should I use a review placard?**
Wherever customers finish their experience with you: the front desk, the checkout counter, a table or waiting area, or your booth at an event. Place it where people naturally pause with their phone in hand.

**How do I set up a review placard?**
Book a quick call and we handle the rest: your placards are customized with your logo, linked to your Google review page, and shipped free with two QR-code stickers. Set one out where customers finish up and it works right away — there is nothing for you or your customers to install.

**Does Elite Review Pro block negative reviews?**
No. Elite Review Pro does not block reviews. It gives every customer a choice first: happy customers are pointed to Google, while anyone who had a poor experience is invited to share private feedback with you. Everyone can still post a public review if they choose.
